Eat Smart is a free six-week project that empowers children, kitchen teams and school staff to take real action on food waste.
Through simple audits, hands-on learning, workshops and practical changes in the dining hall and beyond, schools quickly understand where food waste happens — and what they can do about it.
We focus on lasting change, helping schools develop The Eat Smart Habit — a set of behaviours and systems that continue reducing food waste long after the programme ends.
